i found the central location convenient, great to park our car and explore. the receptionist was impressively composed, maintaining a calm and friendly demeanor even amidst the busy atmosphere. i appreciated the daily room cleaning, they really cared about us. breakfast offered helpful staff ready to assist with any needs.
The room, though comfortable, had a small bathroom sliding door handle that felt unfinished. This was a slight inconvenience to me.

I found super friendly staff ready to help. I received a complimentary drink when I arrived. The room was surprisingly quiet during the night. This ensured restful sleep. The bed was big and amazing!!!
The hotel parking is limited. I saw only a few spaces available. It was a challenge to find a spot, and this caused some initial stress. I think more parking would vastly improve convenience.

slow check-inrude gentleman
The check-in process was slow. My room did not include the complimentary water I expected as a gold member. I pointed out the key card stated it. The reception gentleman refused. He even became rude despite my showing the false advertisement.
